Currently Open Primary Positions:
Program Developer

The Duties:

Reporting to the Supervising Programmer or Manager; you will be responsible for implementing tasks to specifications. Within the Game-play team; you will work on a wide range of areas in an established code-base, including:

Artificial Intelligence

-Bring our worlds to life by creating believable behaviors and routines for their inhabitants.
-Navigate across varying terrain types, avoiding obstacles efficiently.
-Work on strategies to produce fun and challenging combat encounters.

Character Mechanics

-In conjunction with animators, finely tune and polish systems to produce the best combination of realism and responsiveness.

Game-play Mechanics

-Weapon and damage systems.
-Create the illusion of densely populated worlds.

The Essentials:

-Solid C/C++/C#/LUA/JavaScript/SQL/Oracle programming skills.
-Experience with Unity, Unreal or Stingray 3D game engines
-Strong math skills, knowledge of vectors, matrices and linear algebra.
-Excellent problem-solving ability.
-Clear team communication skills.
-Have a passion for playing and creating cutting edge video game experiences.
-Prefer computer science or mathematics degree; or equivalent, but not a must if you possess the skills

BONUS POINTS

-Experience with Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality.
-Mastery of Autodesk Stingray engine & LUA programming.

2D and/or 3D Artist

The Duties:

-Have the skills to work with very little supervision
-Be able to make solid decisions regarding asset creation and preparation
-Work closely with the Art Director to create high-quality assets that maintain the style of the game-world
-Have a solid grasp in modelling and texturing both hard surfaced and organic assets, and an eye for shading and colouring

The Essentials:

-Proficient understanding of Maya and Photoshop
-Work or School experience.
-Examples of environment or character work in portfolio
-High-quality organic and hard surfaced modelling skills with a keen eye for forms and shapes
-Brilliant texturing skills
-Ability to collaborate closely with the engineering and art teams to create high quality assets without sacrificing critical performance
-Maintain a consistent style under the direction of the Art Director
-Understand and maintain production pipeline and workflow
-Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
-Motivated and a great team player
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Candidates with Autodesk Stingray, Maya, 3DSMax experience will be highly considered
-Unity or Unreal Engine experience are a plus

BONUS POINTS

-A passion for games with a deep understanding of AAA quality & Indie PC games
-Modelling and texturing assets for a diverse visual range of environments and a solid grasp of form, colour, and light in 3D environments (Zbrush, Mudbox, Maya, etc.)

-CUSTOMER SERVICE - Help for players and soon-to-be players with questions or issues about playing our games
